Welcome to Community Transit’s Procurement Information Section.

Community Transit’s Procurement Department supports the purchasing of goods and services that are essential to providing transportation services for the citizens of Snohomish County. In serving Snohomish County’s needs, Procurement staff are dedicated to providing efficient and responsive service, in full compliance with Community Transit’s legal requirements, while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

The goal of this site is to assist our vendor community in doing business with Community Transit by providing information and access to current solicitations.

Community Transit advertises all solicitations (Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposals) over $10,000 on this website. Any solicitation over $100,000 dollars will also be advertised in the Everett Herald.

ITB 29-10 TURNKEY FALL ARREST SYSTEM

Community Transit will be accepting bids from experienced General Contractor firms to provide and install a Turnkey Fall Arrest System at Community Transit’s Merrill Creek Operations Base, 7000 Hardeson Road, Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. Community Transit is seeking a roof mounted monorail fall arrest system with two trolleys for use by and protection of its employees while working on the roofs of various transit coaches.
 
The estimate for this project is $40,000.

ITB 33-10 Collection of Waste Oil & Oil Filters

ITB 33-10

Community Transit will be accepting bids  for a one-year firm –fixed price contract to collect waste oil and remove crushed filters from its facilities. The contract period will be from 9/29/10 – 9/28/11. The contractor shall be responsible for any required profiles, manifests, removal, recycling, transportation, and disposal of used oil generated by Community Transit, in accordance with this bid document.
