Community Transit is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide water intrusion mitigation for an elevator on the top level of the parking garage at the Montlake Terrace Transit Center. Work consists of all labor and all materials to install new water drainage outside the west elevator.

Estimated Project Cost: $18,000.00 (revised)

This project is an urgent repair due to the water damage caused to the elevator, resulting in dimished availablility of ADA compliant accomodations. Community Transit is coordinating elevator repairs under a different contract that are contigent upon this work being complete.

Community Transit located in Everett, Washington, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Contracted Bus Services .  The initial contract period is June 9, 2012 through December 31, 2017 with five (5) 1-year renewal options.

Community Transit seeks written proposals from qualified firms to provide security camera and access control system scheduled maintenance and on-call repair.  Services and equipment to be provided by the Contractor to perform and accomplish ongoing maintenance, service and repair of Community Transit’s security system (CCTV and access control); and the replacement of equipment that becomes inoperable.  The contract resulting from this procurement will be for one year,with four 1-year renewal options, at the sole discretion of Community Transit.

Community Transit will be accepting bids from experienced General Contractor firms to provide lighting upgrades using owner furnished light poles and light fixtures, and upgrades to landscaping in the upper parking lot at the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. 

The engineer’s estimate for this project is $22,000. The awarded Contractor has 30 calendar days to complete the work.

This procurement is subject to a financial assistance contract between Community Transit and American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA Stimulus Funds).  The successful Bidder shall comply with all terms and conditions prescribed for third party contracts in the grant contracts and all said terms and conditions shall be deemed incorporated in the contract documents.

Community Transit is seeking proposals from vendors to provide a points-based multi-tiered incentive system that will allow us to define and categorize award initiatives by purpose and value.

Community Transit has periodic needs for a variety of transit planning services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a pre-approved consultant pool to provide Community Transit with the capability and flexibility necessary to respond to requests in a timely manner, on an as-needed basis. This solicitation is composed of six distinct modules.  Submitters may respond to any or all modules or portions of modules.  Each module describes needs for full service firms and various elements of expertise.

Community Transit has requirements throughout the year for criminal background checks and social security traces (and occasionally a credit check) for potential employees and for regular employees.

The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Consultant Roster Contract that will consist of a pool of pre-selected consultants who have been pre-qualified to perform work in one or more of the Information Technology (IT) service categories listed below. Community Transit is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms that are qualified and interested in providing high quality Information Technology and other related consulting services for Community Transit that may require resources exceeding Community Transit’s available staff and technical resources. It is the intent of this RFQ to provide Community Transit with the capability and flexibility to supply the agency with highly skilled consultants that will be available to respond to requests for Information Technology Services in a timely manner, on an “as-needed basis”. Services are being solicited in the following areas:

Category A – Information Management Services

Category B – Enterprise System Services

Category C – Network Infrastructure Services

Community Transit has a need to procure at least 28 Entrance Signs for 19 Park & Rides located throughout Snohomish County. Entrance signs are used to identify Park & Rides, assist in the promotion of the Facilities and to welcome users to the facilities.
