Go Convenient

More than 300 buses a day serve the Edmonds Community College Transit Center directly. Just blocks from campus, Community Transit's new Swift bus rapid transit runs every 10 minutes up and down Highway 99. Other bus routes serve Monroe Hall and the Beresford Building on 196th Street. Community Transit buses also serve the college’s Business and Training Center in south Everett. Click here for a map.

Go Easy

Getting an EdPass bus sticker means you are always ready to hop on the bus, even If you just spent your last dime on books, tunes or car repair. You don’t need to ride the bus every day, but the sticker is good for unlimited rides on Community Transit service in Snohomish County. You also get a 30% discount on Community Transit bus service to King County destinations like the University District and Downtown Seattle. To be exact, your EdPass counts $1.50 towards the fare on Community Transit commuter service – you pay the difference in cash.

Go Green

Sorry, but your EdPass is not good on other bus systems such as Sound Transit ST Express, King County Metro or Everett Transit. Still, paying for a bus ride is lots cheaper than filling your gas tank.

Walk or bike to your neighborhood bus stop or park & ride and create no personal greenhouse gas emissions or pollution. Every bus has a bike rack, and Edmonds Community College has bike racks or safe, weatherproof bike lockers you can use on campus. Visit the EdPass office in Brier Hall for more information.

Go Social

Lots of Edmonds Community College students use Community Transit – more than 1,500 boardings a day use the EdPass. Or, find a friend and carpool to campus – there’s designated carpool parking for those permitted through the Security Office in Meadowdale Hall.

For help finding a carpool, register with the regional ridematching database. It also lists carpools to concerts, sporting events and skiing!

Community Transit buses run 365 days a year, serving every city in Snohomish County, every library, every ferry dock. Go shopping, go visiting, go to work.

Go Ahead

The college offers the services of a transportation coordinator to students and employees to answer general questions about bus routes, rideshare matching services, carpool information or other transportation services that might help people commute to campus.
