The RideStore has moved to a temporary location

On Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, the RideStore at Lynnwood Transit Center closed and moved to a new, temporary location across the street from the Ash Way Park & Ride.

Why did the RideStore move?

Exciting changes are coming to Community Transit, from connecting to light rail to reimagining our bus service and expanding our Swift bus rapid transit network. As part of these changes, we are beginning construction of a new and improved RideStore.  During construction, you can find us at our temporary location.

How to get to the temporary location

From the Lynnwood Transit Center, you can take routes 201, 202, or 512 to the Ash Way Park & Ride to access the temporary RideStore location.

DART customers can use the address above to schedule trips to the temporary RideStore location.

RideStore Hours:

Open Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Closed weekends and holidays unless otherwise posted.

At the RideStore, you can:
  • Buy, reload or replace an ORCA card or purchase a pass.
  • Find items you may have left behind on the bus at our Lost & Found.
  • Ask a question or get additional information about our services.
  • Purchase DART passes and tickets.

Lost & Found

Did you lose an item or leave something behind on the bus or Community Transit property? Contact the RideStore at (425) 348-2350 or ridestore@commtrans.org to see if we have found it.

We handle more than 9,000 items a year. Please understand that we are unable to interrupt a driver to search for your item. All buses are checked at the end of the day for any items left on board. Collected items are transported to the RideStore the next business day at 10 a.m.

What you should know about lost and found items:
  • Community Transit is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Items held for a limited time (14 days).
  • Found items can usually be picked up after 8 a.m. the next business day. Please call our offices to confirm that we have your missing item.
  • Wallets, purses, and medications are given special consideration for a quick return to the owner.
  • Bikes are held for a maximum of 10 days due to space constraints.
  • When claiming a lost bike, you must call the RideStore to set a pick-up appointment between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on a weekday.
  • Items lost at Everett Station will be held at the station’s Customer Service Center.
  • For items lost on the Sounder train, call (888) 889-6368, select the “Sounder” option, then select “Lost & Found.”
