Bus Service to the Evergreen Fairgrounds

There are activities at the Evergeen State Fairgrounds all year 'round, and the bus can get you there!

Community Transit Routes 270 and 275 stop at the Monroe Park & Ride at the western end of the fairgrounds parking lot. During the Evergreen State Fair, these routes serve a special stop near the west entrance of the fair.

2012 Evergreen State Fair

The 2013 Evergreen State Fair runs from Aug. 22 - Sept. 2. Community Transit runs regular service Monday-Saturday on these routes. Be sure to check the route schedules as mid-day and Saturday service is different than weekday peak-hour service.

Bus Fares & Passes

Taking the bus to the fairgrounds is cheaper than a funnel cake - and less fattening, too! Pay local fare when you ride a bus to the fairgrounds.

If you are planning to transfer between buses, the best value is to use an ORCA card, which will transfer the value of your first trip onto other buses for up to two hours. Community Transit no longer issues paper transfers, so cash-paying customers will need to pay full fare for each bus they board. ORCA cards may be purchased online at www.orcacard.com and in person at Everett Station.
