Every Community Transit bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramp. Our Coach operators are trained to assist disabled passengers with boarding and securing their mobility device.
We appreciate animals and pets in all shapes and sizes, so we have policies in place to ensure the safety of service and non-service animals when it comes to riding our buses.

Every Community Transit bus is equipped with a front rack that holds at least two bicycles. Some buses now have three-bike racks, and more will be installed later in 2008. Simple instructions for use are printed on the bike rack.
If you lose an item on the bus, call the Community Transit RideStore at (425) 348-2350 to verify that we have your lost item.
Community Transit contracts with the Snohomish County Sheriff's Department to provide safety and security for our buses and park & rides. All buses have two-way radios and alarm systems to notify our dispatchers if there is a problem or need for assistance. We also have security cameras on board buses and at some park & rides.
