The Evergreen State Fair is coming and we’re here to get you there!
The 2022 Evergreen State Fair runs August 25–30 and Sept. 1–5 The fair will be closed on Wednesday, Aug. 31.
The fair runs from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day. It closes early — at 7 p.m. — on Sept. 5, Labor Day.
Community Transit bus service has stops at the Fair.
The following routes serve the Fair with stops at the West Gate entrance of the fairgrounds from 8:30 a.m. to the end of the Community Transit service day.
Route 271 is an East/West Route that serves stops from Gold Bar/Monroe to Everett/Seaway Transit Center. It also includes stops in Snohomish and Sultan. See the route map for details.
Route 271 runs Monday through Friday, with buses coming around every 30 minutes during the morning and around every hour during the rest of the day. Route 271 also serves the fairgrounds on weekends and holidays, running every hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Route 270 is an East/West Route that serves stops from Gold Bar/Monroe to Everett/Seaway Transit Center. It also includes stops in Snohomish and Sultan. See the route map for details.
Route 424 is a North/South route that serves stops from Snohomish to Downtown Seattle. It also includes stops in Monroe, Bothell, Kirkland and Medina. See the route map for details.

The Fair offers free or reduced admission by age. You can purchase advance tickets online or in person at the Evergreen State Fair Passbooth from Aug. 8–19 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, and Aug. 22 to Sept. 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Sept. 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Riding the bus is less expensive and less stressful than parking at the Fair.
If you pay by cash, please bring exact change. If you pay with an ORCA Card, you will receive a two-hour transfer with your ride.
Our buses are safe, clean, and convenient. While masks are no longer required while riding, we do recommend them. We provide masks on board all of our buses for those who need one. Learn about all of the ways we are keeping you safe throughout your ride with us.
Don't forget our Park & Rides!
Park at one of our lots and take the bus straight to the gate. Free parking is available at Everett Station and at the Gold Bar, Snohomish and Sultan Park & Ride lots. If you’re parking at the Snohomish Park & Ride, walk out to Avenue D to catch the bus.
