Determination of Non-Significance for Merrill Creek Operations Base

On January 5, 2018, The Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation (Community Transit) was issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: MCOB Pavement Renovation & Replacement project.

The lead agency for the proposal is the Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation (Community Transit). Community Transit is also the proponent of the proposal. Copies of the environmental checklist and DNS can be downloaded below.

Please submit any comments regarding this DNS in writing, no later than 5 p.m., January 19, 2018 to:

This determination may be appealed by writing to Joy Munkers, Director of Planning and Development Community Transit, 7100 Hardeson Road, Everett, WA 98203 no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 26, 2018, and by submitting a written statement requesting an appeal, setting forth the information required by Community Transit’s SEPA rules (Resolution 3-05), and paying the required fee.
