Preview the new site and share your feedback before it launches to the public
We’re excited to launch a preview of the new Community Transit website! These changes were guided by feedback that we received from our community of riders. We’re proud to introduce the upgraded website. Our goals is to provide a better online experience for our customers and to help them get from where they are to where they want to be. You can now preview the site and provide feedback before we make it our only website in the new year.
Riders who are on the go can find the information they need easily on their mobile phones on the new site. Now tools like the new “Plan My Trip,” “Find My Bus,” “Maps & Schedules,” and “Rider Alerts” have easy-to-view route maps, schedules, and real-time information. You can also select more customized options in Plan My Trip to choose the best trip option to meet your needs, such as:
- Arrival or departure time
- Choice of travel modes
- Starting or ending a trip at a park & ride
- Bike-friendly trips
- Walking preferences, including walking speed and maximum walking distance
- Fastest trips or trips with fewest transfers
