Transit's 2020-2025 Transit Development Plan (TDP) was adopted by the Board of Directors on Thursday, November 5, 2020.

The Transit Development Plan (TDP) is required by Washington State, Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35.58.2795. The plan is updated annually and submitted to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

The 2020 TDP provides a summary of activities and accomplishments for 2019 and outlines goals and strategies for 2020-2025.
The Washington State Transportation Plan provides six goals to guide and prioritize the activities of public agencies in developing and maintaining the transportation system. Community Transit’s priorities, strategies, and the projects and service increases in this plan align with and implement the state’s transportation goals.

In 2019, Community Transit refined its organizational Mission, Vision, and Core Values. The updated Vision and Mission reflects the evolution of our services as well as our community and customers’ expectations. Our updated Core Values describe how we approach our work and our interactions with others.
