How to receive your e-tickets

Tickets are distributed through the AquaSox ticketing system. To view and manage your tickets, you'll need a free MLB account linked to the email address used for your ticket request. Use the same email address you used when requesting your AquaSox tickets from Community Transit.

Get your tickets via mobile app (recommended)

Tickets are distributed via the MiLB app. You will need to create an account if you don't already have one.

How to create an account (mobile)

Step 1: Install the MiLB app on your device

download from the Apple app store   download from the Google Play store

Step 2: Create an account or log in
  • Open the app
  • Follow the welcome screens
  • Select Create Account or Log In if you already have an MLB account

Create or log in to your MLB account using the same email address you used when requesting tickets from Community Transit. Using a different email address is the most common reason tickets do not appear. If you already have an MLB account using the same email address as your ticket request, you do not need to create a new account.

  • Accept terms and privacy settings
  • Verify your account – a numeric code will be sent to the registered email to input into the app
Step 3: Choose favorite teams
  • Select the Everett AquaSox team so your specific team ticket options will appear
  • Enable notifications (optional)

How to access your e-tickets (mobile)

Step 1: Open the MiLB app
  • Launch the MiLB app on your phone
Step 2: Log in
  • Tap More
  • Tap Settings
  • Select Log In
  • Enter your MLB account credentials
Step 3: Follow your team
  • Tap Discover
  • Search for the Everett AquaSox team
  • Tap Follow if not already selected
Step 4: Access your tickets
  • Tap the Everett AquaSox tab
  • Under Quick Links, tap My Tickets
Step 5: View ticket inventory
  • Tap View Tickets
Step 6: Open ticket barcode
  • Select the game date – August 16, 2026
  • Tap the individual ticket
  • Present the barcode at the gate for scanning

  • Save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet

Step 1: Go to milb.com
Step 2: Create an account or log in
  • Click on Log In on the right side of the website navigation bar
  • Click Sign up to create a new account or log in with an existing MLB account

Create or log in to your MLB account using the same email address you used when requesting tickets from Community Transit. Using a different email address is the most common reason tickets do not appear. If you already have an MLB account using the same email address as your ticket request, you do not need to create a new account.

How to access your e-tickets (desktop)

Step 1: Access the website
Step 2: Sign in
  • Sign into your account
  • Enter your MLB account credentials (use the same email address associated with your ticket request with Community Transit)
  • Choose how to verify with 2-factor authentication with either to your email or phone
Step 3: Open ticket manager
  • Select My Tickets or View tickets*

*Menu names and locations may vary slightly depending on your web browser

Step 4: View tickets
  • Select your game date – August 16, 2026
  • Open ticket details
  • View ticket barcode(s)
Step 5: Print or transfer
  • Select and print tickets
  • Or forward tickets to another person

Frequently asked questions

Verify that you used the same email address you used when requesting tickets from Community Transit. This is the most common issue users report.

  • Sign out completely and sign back in.
  • Make sure the recipient accepted the forwarded tickets through their own account.

Open your tickets before arriving and save them to your wallet app to avoid delays at entry.

Allow up to 14 days from the date of your ticket request to appear on your MiLB account. Tickets requested July 27 – August 9 will be ready to view on August 11.

Tickets can be accessed through the MiLB app or through your ticket account on a desktop browser. Log in using your MLB account credentials associated with the email address used to request tickets.

The MiLB app is the easiest and recommended way to manage and access tickets on mobile devices, but tickets can also be viewed through your account online from a web browser and printed out.

Create a free MLB account and use the same email address you used to request your AquaSox tickets.

  1. Open the MiLB app
  2. Log in to your MLB account
  3. Follow Everett AquaSox if you have not already
  4. Select the Team tab
  5. Tap My Tickets under Quick Links
  6. Select View Tickets or View All Ticket Inventory

The most common reasons include:

  • You are signed in with a different email address than the one used to reserve tickets.
  • You have not followed Everett AquaSox in the app.
  • Your account may need to refresh after reserve or transfer.
  • Logging out and back in can resolve account sync issues.

Yes. After opening your ticket barcode, select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet for easier entry on game day.

Yes. Open your game tickets, select Forward, choose the ticket(s), and enter the recipient information (name and email). Select Forward Tickets. The recipient will receive instructions via the email address used to claim their tickets. Note if the recipient does not have an MLB account, they will be prompted to create one when they receive their forwarded tickets.

  1. Visit the Everett AquaSox ticket page (milb.com/everett).
  2. Sign into your ticket account.
  3. Select My Tickets.
  4. Choose your game date.
  5. Open your ticket barcode(s).

Yes, tickets can be viewed and printed.

We recommend opening your e-tickets and saving them to your phone wallet before arriving at the ballpark to avoid delays due to connectivity or login issues.

Try these steps:

  • Refresh the app.
  • Sign out and sign back in.
  • Use saved wallet tickets if available.
  • Access your account through your mobile browser.
