Prize eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Participants must live, work, or attend school in Snohomish County (SnoCo) and may be required to provide proof if requested.
- To be eligible for prizes, participants must log their bike and bus trips on the Trip Log Calendar in RideshareOnline.com.

Create a new account or log in if you already have one. - Join the Challenge
Once logged in, click the "Join the challenge and get started" link on the dashboard. - Start logging trips
Record bike and bus trips taken between May 12 - June 15 on the Trip Log Calendar. Both work commute and personal trips count!
Prizes
Participate in the challenge for your chance to win exciting prizes! Prize winners will be notified via email or phone within four weeks after the challenge ends. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
Grand Prize
The grand prize will go to the two participants who log the most miles by combining bike and bus trips during the challenge. To qualify, you must use both bike and bus for your logged trips.

Most Days Participated
This prize will be given to the person who logs bike or bus trips for the greatest number of days during the challenge. (each bike and bus trip must be more than .25 miles to be counted as a trip).

This prize will be awarded to the participant with the highest combined total of bike and bus trips logged (each bike and bus trip must be more than .25 miles to be counted as a trip).

Contest rules
- Prize Limitations: Participants are eligible to win only one prize during the challenge, regardless of the number of prize categories they qualify for. If a participant qualifies for multiple prize categories, they will receive the highest-value prize they qualify for.
- Prize Allocation: Each participant is eligible to win only one prize. In the event of a tie for a specific prize category, a winner will be selected by random drawing. Participants will not receive multiple prizes across different categories.
- Prize Distribution: Prize winners will be notified via email or phone within 4 weeks after the challenge concludes. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
- Prize Acceptance: By accepting a prize, winners consent to publicity related to the challenge, including their names being posted on the Bike & Bus Everywhere Challenge landing page.
- Trip Logging Accuracy: Participants are responsible for accurately logging their bike and bus trips. Any false or inaccurate trip entries may result in disqualification.
- Trip Logging Verification: We trust participants to log their trips honestly. In rare cases where something seems highly unlikely or inconsistent, we reserve the right to follow up to verify the entry.
- Eligibility Verification: Participants may be required to provide proof of residency, employment, or school enrollment in Snohomish County (SnoCo) if requested.
- Trip Categories: Participants must clearly categorize their trips as either bike or bus on the Trip Log Calendar in RideshareOnline.com. Any mixed-mode trips should be logged accordingly (e.g., biking to a bus stop and then taking the bus).
- DART Paratransit and Zip Shuttle trips count as bus trips for the purposes of the Bike & Bus Everywhere Challenge. Participants should log each Zip Shuttle ride as a bus trip on the Trip Log Calendar at http://rideshareonline.com/ to ensure it’s counted toward their challenge participation.
- Trip Validation: All trips logged must occur during the official challenge period, and entries should be submitted by the final submission deadline.
- Organizers' Right to Disqualify: The challenge organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for failure to follow the rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the event.
- Multiple Entries for the Same Trip: Participants may only log each trip once. Duplicate entries for the same trip will be disqualified.
- Multiple Participants from the Same Household/Workplace/School: If multiple participants are from the same household, workplace, or school, each participant is eligible for individual prizes. However, they cannot combine their mileage totals to compete in group categories.
- Community Transit employees and immediate family members are not eligible to win.
