Community Transit public hearing and board meeting, Aug. 4

Snohomish County, Wash. – The Community Transit Board of Directors’ monthly board meeting will take place at 3 p.m., Thursday, August 4. The board meeting will begin with a public hearing on Community Transit’s draft 2022-2027 Transit Development Plan.
 
The public hearing and board meeting will take place in a hybrid format, with in-person attendance and an online option available. For meeting materials and information on how to participate or listen, go to bit.ly/CTBdMtgAug22.
 
At its meeting, the board will hear a presentation on Community Transit’s Innovative Services Program and an Employee Service Award.
 
The board is expected to take action on:

  • Free youth fare policy proposal
  • Rules of Conduct for transit services
  • Updating the Vanpool Van Go Grant Program 
In-person attendance: Meeting attendees must show proof of vaccination upon entry or wear a KN95 mask for the duration of the meeting. If you are unable or do not wish to show proof of vaccination, a KN95 mask will be provided for you.
