Beaches just steps away from the bus stop
Brackett’s Landing North Park is just north of the ferry terminal. This small yet sandy beach has amazing views of the Edmonds-Kingston ferry. You can also take a stroll and watch the divers gearing up and entering the water to get to the underwater diving park.
If you walk to the south side of the ferry terminal, you will find Olympic Beach. Olympic Beach is a waterfront walkway with a small sandy beach. Look for sculptures on your walk, as well as breathtaking views of the Olympic Peninsula.
If you continue walking south along the paved walking path at Edmonds Marina, you will get some great views of sailboats and the Puget Sound. Not too far down you will reach Marina Beach Park. This larger beach has plenty of room to roam, as well as a play structure for the kids and plenty of picnic benches.
Add a bite of flavor to your beach day
Downtown Edmonds is just up the hill from Edmonds Station and the nearby beaches. After you’ve spent some time at the beach, take a walk into town to grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Be sure to treat yourself to some gelato or an iced coffee after your meal. When you're ready, head back down the hill to your bus and ride home. You’ve earned it.
