Beginning July 1, 2025, DSHS will no longer be enrolling eligible riders in ORCA LIFT or the subsidized annual pass. Riders can apply online, by phone, or at an enrollment office in your area:

ORCA LIFT and Subsidized Pass in-person enrollment at the Ride Store

Learn more about reduced fare options and see if you qualify to receive an ORCA LIFT card or a Subsidized Annual Pass in-person at the Ride Store. Drop-in enrollment times are:

• Tuesday from 2-4:30 p.m. - ORCA LIFT and subsidized annual pass
• Thursday from 2-5 p.m. - ORCA LIFT and subsidized annual pass
