Take transit to the Seahawks Super Bowl victory parade Feb. 11!

Show your spirit, 12s!
Thousands of Seahawks 12s flood downtown streets at the 2014 victory parade.

At the Seahawks Super Bowl victory parade in 2014, thousands of 12s flooded 4th Ave. in downtown Seattle.

If you’re in Snohomish County and are planning to go to the Seahawks Super Bowl Victory Parade, take transit to get there and back

Community Transit provides frequent bus connections from all over the county to Link light rail and Sounder train stations that will get you to Seattle without the hassle of traffic and parking downtown. You are encouraged to take the bus to the train since parking lots at the stations will fill up early. Wear appropriate clothes for the weather and charge your phone for the long day!

What to know:

  • Rally at Lumen Field starts at 10 a.m., with gates opening at 8:30 a.m. You need tickets for the rally. You don’t need tickets for the parade, but you may want to stake your place on the parade route early.
  • King County Metro and other transit agencies will have changes to their service. Learn more about them here.
  • Plan your trip to and from the events with Community Transit’s Plan My Trip tool, or contact Customer Care at (425) 353-RIDE (7433) for personalized trip planning.
  • Bus fare is $2.50 for adults, Link fare is $3, and Sounder train fare is $4-5 depending on length of trip. Reduced fares are available for disabled or low-income riders with a qualified ORCA card. Youth 18 and under ride for free.
  • Link 1 Line trains will run every six minutes from 5 a.m. until 6 p.m.  Our buses connect to light rail in Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, and Shoreline. Five Sounder trains will be running that morning from Everett, Mukilteo, and Edmonds, that’s one more than usual.
  • Take a bus from near your home, or check out your local park & ride lot and find a bus route that connects to light rail. Some park & ride lots with available parking that have buses connecting to light rail include Ash Way, Edmonds, Swamp Creek, and McCollum Park.
  • There is ample parking at Everett Station. From there you can take the Sounder train or connect to light rail using Routes 201/202 or Swift Blue Line.
  • Bus routes that serve downtown Seattle (Routes 424, 510, and 515) will be on reroute; expect to be dropped off in a different location and plan for a longer walk to the parade route or your final destination.
  • Travel early and stay late. Consider staying in Seattle to avoid heavy crowds on transit coming back after the parade. Use Find My Bus or check our Rider Alerts page to learn of any delays or last-minute changes to service.
  • If you work downtown and are not planning to attend the parade, consider flexing your schedule or other options given the expected crowds.
