Please visit our Online Records Portal to make a public disclosure request for Community Transit Records. 

What to Expect

A response to your request will be provided within five business days. 

The five-day response will either be:
  • The records requested
  • A reasonable estimate of the time necessary to respond
  • A request for clarification, or
  • A denial of the request

Public Records Fees

There is no charge for inspecting public records

Notes:

  • Charges can be combined if more than one type of charge applies.
  • There is no charge for records posted in the public disclosure website portal unless the requester asks for copies through other means.
