Major changes are coming to Community Transit this spring as we prepare for light rail to reach Snohomish County later this year. Starting on March 30, you’ll have more travel options in Snohomish County, better transit connections across the region, and more bus service in your area.

Route 115 (McCollum Park-Aurora Village) will be replaced with new bus routes. If you currently ride Route 115, you will now have a new route to reach your destination starting on March 30.

Swift Orange Line (Edmonds College - McCollum Park) and Route 166 (Edmonds - Silver Firs)

For travel between  McCollum Park Park and Ride and  Aurora Village Transit Center, you can ride the new Swift Orange Line and transfer to the  Swift Blue Line. Service to the east side of the Alderwood mall will  be covered by new Route 166. The  Zip Alderwood Shuttle may also help you make connections in the Alderwood area.

Route 114 (Aurora Village - Lynnwood)

For travel along the existing Route 115 along 200th St. SW, 212th St. SW, and 84th Ave. W between the  Lynnwood Transit Center and  Aurora Village Transit Center, you will take the new  Route 114.

Faster and more frequent service

This change will bring faster and more frequent bus service between McCollum Park and Aurora Village. Route 114 will operate buses every 30 minutes during weekday peak travel times, and the Swift Orange Line will come every 10 minutes during peak travel times. You’ll also have more weekend service, with both the Swift Orange Line and Route 114 operating on Saturday and Sunday.
