Changes to Route 424 start August 30
Changes to Community Transit bus service start on Aug. 30. Route 424 (Snohomish Park & Ride – Seattle Downtown) will begin serving existing Route 271 stops on Fryelands Blvd and 154th St SE. Bus stops along Route 424’s current route via 179th Ave SE and W Main St will be removed, as the bus will no longer travel down this road.

Why is Community Transit making these changes?
Community Transit makes four service changes each year: two regular updates in the spring and early fall, and two smaller adjustments in the early summer and winter.
These changes improve connections between buses, adjust schedules for actual travel times, and make Community Transit service more reliable. In some cases, these changes are in response to rider comments and requests.
