New Interactive Map for DART Service Area

Community Transit unveils DART service area map and an updated webpage

Riders and caregivers now have a new way to check whether an address is within the DART paratransit service area.

A new interactive map shows the DART service area in dark gray. Riders can search by address to see whether their home or destination is within the service area.

The dark grey area on the new interactive map shows where DART services in Snohomish County.

One new feature of the map is by simply zooming in, riders can see street-level details like roads and buildings.

The DART Paratransit webpage has also been updated with typical service hours and a refreshed Frequently Asked Questions section.

Zooming in on an address or destination shows street-level detail. (Buildings withing the dark gray service area are a part of the DART service area, even if they appear light gray).

What is DART

DART provides transportation for Snohomish County residents who cannot access or use Community Transit’s fixed-route bus service due to a disability or condition.

Qualified DART riders have one or more disabilities that prevents them from:

  • Getting to or from a fixed-route bus stop
  • Waiting for a fixed-route bus
  • Getting on or off a fixed-route bus
  • Being able to ride a fixed-route bus or to understand and follow transit instructions

DART riders share rides with other people and can be picked up and dropped off within three-quarters of a mile of our local, fixed-route bus service.
