Leave your car at home this spring and join the Bike & Bus Everywhere Challenge for your chance to win prizes while taking transit.

The challenge, which runs from May 18 to June 14, encourages people who live, work, or attend school in Snohomish County to use sustainable transportation methods. To earn prizes, participants must “join the challenge” and log their trips on Rideshare Online.

Whether you ride your bike, hop on a bus, or take a  Zip shuttle, every trip counts. A person wearing a bike helmet and colorful jersey loads their bicycle onto the front rack of a bus at a transit stop.

Two grand prize winners will receive a $750 Visa gift card for logging the most miles by combining bike and bus trips during the challenge. Other prizes will go to people who log:

New for this year, each week of the challenge one lucky challenge participant will be selected at random to win a $25 gift card.

Why join?

You might find a new favorite way to get to work or school. It’s a great way to save money, reduce stress, and help the environment.

Plus, it’s fun to compete and win prizes!
