Customize your preferences

Select Accessibility to let us know if you’re traveling with a wheelchair or mobility device. Select Special Settings to let us know if you are a reduced fare cardholder or youth 18 and younger. Your preferences will be saved for future trips.

Step 5

Choose your pick-up spot & destination

Type an address, business name, or place a pin on the map where you'd like to be picked up. Then tap the "Where to?" field and type in your destination. Choose from the search drop-down list, or select a location on the map.

Step 6

Customize your ride

Have extra passengers? Need a bike rack, car seat or booster? Click on the "1 Passenger" button to add passengers or request amenities.

Step 7

Book your ride

Review available options and tap the blue "Book This Ride" button. We’ll match you with a Zip Shuttle for your trip.

Step 8

Track your Zip Shuttle

You'll receive a booking confirmation and get real-time updates, vehicle details, and estimated pick-up time. Keep an eye for updates. You’ll receive alerts when the vehicle is 5 minutes away and when it arrives so be ready!
