Pay Your Vanpool Fare

You have options to pay your vanpool fare with your credit card, electronic check (e-check), or by using the online ORCA portal.

Vanpool payments are due no later than the 5th of the billing month. You will need your vanpool group/account number and the balance due, which you can get from your vanpool bookkeeper or Community Transit vanpool coordinator.

Point & Pay

Pay directly using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or electronic check.

  • VanpoolPoint&PayVisit Point & Pay.
  • Select "Vanpool Fare" for payment type.
  • Enter your 4-digit group number for "Vanpool Finance Number" and the payment amount.
  • Enter your payment method and submit payment.
  • Keep your receipt for your records and give a copy to your van's bookkeeper.

Note: There is no processing fee for online payments made through the Point & Pay system.


Use your ORCA account to pay with Visa or Mastercard

Register or login to your My ORCA account to pay your vanpool fare online. You need an ORCA card to register for an account. You can order a new ORCA card, or register an existing card using the number on the back of your ORCA card.

  • Select "Pay Vanpool Fare" from the My ORCA menu and complete the payment form.
  • Enter your credit card information and payment.
  • Keep your receipt for your records and give a copy to your van's bookkeeper.
