Limited Commuter Bus Service on MLK, Jr. Day

Local buses will operate on regular schedule Monday, Jan. 20

Snohomish County, Wash. – Community Transit will operate limited commuter bus service to and from downtown Seattle and University District on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday Jan. 20. Community Transit local service and Sound Transit Express bus service from Snohomish County will operate regular weekday schedules.

Snohomish County local bus service: Regular schedule.

Commuter service to downtown Seattle and University District: Limited service. Only the following Community Transit routes will operate:

Sound Transit Express bus service from Snohomish County (510-535): Regular schedule.

Customer Care phone lines: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

RideStore at Lynnwood Transit Center: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All Community Transit buses will return to regular weekday schedules on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Community Transit is responsible for providing bus and paratransit service, vanpool and alternative commute options in Snohomish County. The agency is building a network of Swift bus rapid transit lines with Swift Blue Line along Highway 99, the Swift Green Line between Canyon Park/Bothell and Boeing/Paine Field, and the new Swift Orange Line coming to Mill Creek and Lynnwood in 2024.
