Construction closes 57 parking spaces at Lynnwood City Center station

Update: This story has been updated to reflect a new construction end date of Dec. 29, 2025.

As of Thursday, Sept. 11, a portion of the south parking lot at Lynnwood City Center Station is closed for a construction project.

Sound Transit closed this portion of the parking lot during construction, which is scheduled to end Dec. 29. 

At this time, 57 parking spaces are temporarily unavailable. The five ADA spaces in the south lot remain open.

Zip Alderwood Shuttle and DART Paratransit’s pickup and drop off locations are not impacted. Both Zip and DART vehicles will enter and exit the portion of the parking lot open to transit vehicles only.

Signs are on-site to direct passengers if needed during construction.
