Join an existing vanpool

1.

Browse existing Community Transit vanpools along your route to find a match.

2.

If you find a match, contact the driver directly to coordinate your ride and fill out the required documents.

3.

If you did not find a match from our current vanpool list, you can try searching the regional database by registering at RideshareOnline.

Or start your own vanpool

1.

To form a new vanpool, you will need at least 2 volunteer drivers and 1 bookkeeper. Vanpool drivers must meet our Vanpool Driver Eligibility requirements.

2.

Fares vary and can be calculated using our Vanpool Calculator below. Some employers will pay toward the cost of your fare. Check with your HR department to find out if you're eligible for commuter vanpool benefits.

3.

Complete a Vanpool Starter Kit and email to Vanpool@commtrans.org to start your application.
