Riders to see bay closures and parking changes at Lynnwood Transit Center starting Sept. 1

Riders will experience several changes at the Lynnwood Transit Center due to construction starting in September.

Swift Orange Line

On September 6:

  • Bay C5 will close permanently. Route 107 and 112 riders will use Bay C3
  • Bay D5 will close permanently. Route 402 and 422 riders will use Bay D4

Current Bays C5 and D5 will become Swift Orange Line stations when that route opens in 2024.

Parking Changes

On September 1, there will be a permanent closure of 14 parking spots on the east side of the bus loop.

On September 14, there will be an additional permanent closure of 64 parking spots to the north of the RideStore.

In addition, eight ADA parking spaces will be relocated from south of the existing transit center to the north of the existing transit center near the RideStore.

As construction on Link light rail continues, there may be additional parking impacts at the transit center.
