There’s never been a better time to try transit
Taking transit in Snohomish County and beyond has never been easier with expanded local service and new connections to Link light rail.
New connections.
- Link up with light rail: Community Transit buses connect you to light rail in Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, and Shoreline.
- Leave your car at home: Skip the stress and expense of parking and bypass the worst of traffic when you take the bus to light rail.
- Save money: When you pay with ORCA, your fare payment can be transferred between rides for two hours after you first use your card, including when you ride light rail.
More trips.
- More transit in your neighborhood: Our new network replaces bus service to Seattle with new express routes to Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace light rail stations. By taking our buses out of Seattle traffic, we can provide more service in your community.
- More service to where you want to be: We're bringing more all-day, frequent transit service closer to where people in Snohomish County live and work. Our new network provides 32% more service than our 2023 network.
Shorter waits.
- More frequent service: Our new express 900-series routes offer more frequent connections to light rail stations at Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace.
- More Swift service: The new network improves and expands access to fast and frequent Swift bus rapid transit lines, including the new Swift Orange Line and our Swift Blue Line extension.
- More service when you need it: More late-night and weekend bus service.
