If you did not find a match from our current vanpool list, you can try searching the regional database by registering at RideshareOnline.
Start your own Vanpool
1.
Form your own group
To form a new vanpool, you will need at least 2 volunteer drivers and 1 bookkeeper. Vanpool drivers must meet our Vanpool Driver Eligibility requirements.
2.
Plan your ride
Coordinate group details like parking, route, and work schedule. Fares vary—use the Vanpool Calculator below. Your employer may cover some costs, so check with your HR department to find out if you're eligible for commuter vanpool benefits.
3.
Submit an application
Complete a Vanpool Starter Kit using our online form to start your application: Vanpool Starter Kit
Vanpool Fare Calculator
Use this tool to calculate your group’s monthly vanpool fare. Enter your daily round trip mileage, number of group members, size of van, and number of days per week you will commute. Daily round trip mileage is selected in 5 mile increments. (Example 62 round trip miles – round up to 65).
