How do you learn about changes to bus services?

Take our survey for a chance to win $200!

Major changes to bus routes are coming in 2024 as we get ready for Link light rail. Some of those changes could affect your bus. There will be a lot of information to share, and we want to know how to get that information to you!

Take our survey to let us know how we should tell you about changes to bus service. Your responses will inform how we communicate all service changes going forward. You’ll also have an opportunity to win one of three $200 gift cards!

When you take our survey, you’ll see questions asking about:

  • How you currently learn about changes to bus service.
  • How you would prefer to learn about changes to bus service.
  • What information is important to you for understanding service changes.

How do I participate?

The more voices we hear from, the more prepared we’ll be. Share this survey with other Community Transit riders: https://www.surveyhero.com/c/ct1101. Thank you for taking a few minutes to help us better understand your needs as a rider!
